About me and my practice
I am experienced in working with people who have been affected by alcohol and or substance misuse using a combination of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Motivational interviewing Techniques. I am proficient in treating the common mental health conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Anger issues.
Outline of offer
I generally offer 6-10 1 hr sessions via zoom my fees are low cost or free.
Experience
I have been a qualified Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapist since 2011 and I I am an Associate Fellow of The Albert Ellis Institute New York.

It aims to reassure clients, employers and the general public that AP Practitioner Members / Advanced Practitioner Members are committed to upholding our Standards of Conduct and Ethics.
