I am a compassionate and dedicated addictions therapist with a strong commitment to supporting individuals through their recovery journeys. I believe in the inherent strength of each person to overcome challenges, and I work collaboratively to tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, I create a safe ,non-judgmental space where clients can explore their struggles and find motivation for change and regain control over their lives.
Experience
I have 5 years experience of working in the Addictions Field from trainee counsellor to senior therapist in one of the UKs most progressive and outstanding rated rehabilitation centres. I have a small private practice and offer counselling for those who want help online who cant attended residential rehab or who have, and want to continue to work on issues.

It aims to reassure clients, employers and the general public that AP Practitioner Members / Advanced Practitioner Members are committed to upholding our Standards of Conduct and Ethics.
