About me and my practice
I come from Psychology background with good understanding of Human behaviour and adjustments phases to change. I have MA in Psychology(2008), BA (hons) in Psychology(2006). I received my initial training in drugs and alcohol field at a Drug De-addiction and Rehabilitation centre. I have been working and learning in the field of addictions as a Recovery Facilitator since 2010. I have strong interests with working with people with Substance misuse and Mental health especially depression, anxiety, self harm and personality disorders. I use client-centred approach and have a ray to tools to help individuals like mindfulness, CBT,MBT.
