Services

Working together with those experiencing depression, anxiety, panic disorder, stress, bereavement, relationship issues, abusive relationships, PTSD, and addiction.

About me and my practice

I believe that a strong relationship between the client and therapist is at the heart of the counselling process. As a relational - integrative therapist, my way of working together with you can be adapted to suit your needs. Starting counselling can feel daunting so a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can feel secure, supported and understood is essential for you to explore and process your current experiencing. Our first session will be an opportunity to discuss what you are seeking from therapy, your history and a chance for you to decide whether I am the right person to help you achieve your goals for therapy.

As a psychotherapist, I work in a wide variety of counselling settings including The Priory Roehampton, and have a broad base of experience. This includes working together with those experiencing depression, anxiety, panic disorder, stress, bereavement, relationship issues, abusive relationships, PTSD, and addiction.

I will gently help you to explore your past without judgement, and to consider how it may relate to the issues that have brought you to counselling. Through humanistic values you are encouraged to discover your potential. You are the expert of your world. Through the unique counselling process, we can work together to help you to find the answers within.
