Experience

Following two successful decades of extensive experience as a addictions practitioner delivering recovery programs directly to patients both on a one to one and group basis. My passion and drive to improve the client journey and outcomes rapidly saw my career progress, becoming a CQC registered manager with overall responsibility for all aspects of private addiction clinics across multiple locations. Responsible for regulatory compliance, the safe delivery of treatment, employee performance and governance, he was commended by the local MP for services he delivered to the local community, as well as for achieving a “Good” overall service rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) across all five Key lines Of Enquiry). With a proven track record managing safe, effective, responsive, caring and well led services, in 2019 Ian founded Infinity Addiction Solutions Ltd and is following his passion working with people who are experiencing addiction problems, as well as those who care for them.
