About me and my practice
Multilingual Counsellor (EN, RU, LT, PL), BSc (First Class Hons), Advanced Dip.CBT, Supervisor, Accredited Member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS), Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP), Accredited BWRT and REWIND Practitioner.
I use an Integrative Approach, which allows me to use a number of psychological techniques to personalise a treatment plan to each client. I can use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, REWIND Technique, BWRT, Mindfulness, Relapse Prevention, and work with dual diagnosis. I work with individuals and couples. I have greatly expanded my knowledge of addictions and trauma therapy as well as am constantly exploring and expanding my expertise and knowledge in this field.

I offer a private and confidential service to those who are struggling with addictions (gambling, drugs or alcohol), as well as those who may be affected by someone elses addiction (loved ones, partners, family members, friends) and help people break free from the detrimental psychological impacts of traumatic experiences and dysfunctional behaviours so that they can find personal freedom and wellness.
