Addiction counsellor and hypnotherapist, with a particular focus on support around alcohol
About me and my practice
I am in full time private practice as an addiction counsellor and hypnotherapist, with a particular focus on support around alcohol. I work both online and from my clinic in Southend. I help adults aged 18 plus to either cut down or quit - or simply review their relationship with alcohol. Some clients also seek support around alcohol and cocaine use.
Outline of offer
1:1 sessions lasting 75 - 90 minutes. Each session is £100, with a small discount offered for blocks of sessions. I offer a free no-obligation consultation.
Experience
I have been working with alcohol issues as a counsellor since 2003, and successfully upgraded / updated my knowledge and experience with a MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling in 2023. I run a busy full time practice. In addition to working with alcohol use, I support people around anxiety, depression, complex grief, stress, trauma and life changes.
