About me and my practice

I'm an integrative Therapist, meaning i utilise a plethora of modalities to suit individual need, and preference, including Psychodynamic, DBT,CBT, 12 STEP and Compassion foucsed therapies I work relationally with clients, focusing on building strong therapeutic connections that drive the therapy to positive outcomes

Outline of offer

The work is open ended, or timebound, and flexible to fully invite inclusivity; meaning im open to varying levels of frequency of sessions, negotiating fees, and being creative with the therapeutic space. In regards to diversity and difference, i am fully trained in working with neurodivergence, and have a vast knowledge and experience in working with individuals on the spectrum I work Online, and In person at two seperate London Locations

Experience

Addiction Specialist (Over 15 years experience working in Judicial, community, and private Settings I support and treat all addictions, including alcohol, substances, sex,& Love, gambling, cannabis/weed, Codependancy My experience includes complex mental health, and i have DBT Training which supports the treatment of individuals diagnosed with Personality Disorders (BPD/NPD/ASD) but also others who struggle with emotion dysregulation.

It aims to reassure clients, employers and the general public that AP Practitioner Members / Advanced Practitioner Members are committed to upholding our Standards of Conduct and Ethics.
