EMDR, Group facilitation, Psycho-education workshops and lecturesAbout me and my practice
In the dynamic landscape of mental health and personal development, my journey began with a commitment to understanding the complexities of the human psyche. As an accredited EMDR Consultant and ADAP Drug and Alcohol Professional, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals to overcome the challenges of trauma, addiction, and emotional distress. At the helm of Resurface, I lead a team devoted to creating evidence-based surf-therapy programmes that address the multifaceted aspects of trauma, creativity, resilience, and positive psychology. Our mission is to provide a pathway to healing and self-discovery, helping clients to navigate their inner worlds and emerge stronger. My role as a group consultant at Start2Stop has allowed me to extend my impact, guiding groups through the transformative process of recovery. In private practice, I offer a personalized approach, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs, fostering growth and self-improvement. My practice, rooted in the heart of Fulham, SW6, is a testament to the power of specialized care. With a focus on positive psychology, I help clients to harness their strengths and cultivate optimism. Through techniques like biofeedback and Heartmath coaching, I assist them in achieving flow states and peak performance, ultimately building resilience to face life’s adversities.Experience
I have worked in both private practice and rehab environments, faciltating 1-2-1, groups and delivering psycho-education.The main objective of the Practitioner Directory is to protect the public and help them find practitioners they can trust.
