About me and my practice

I have a rich background and a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve better mental health and well-being. My qualifications as an Integrative Psychotherapist help me to provide effective and well-rounded therapeutic approaches. I use various modalities such as CBT, Psycho-dynamic, Gestalt, Jungian, and person-centred theories to tailor treatments to each client's unique needs. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health issues, including ADHD, OCD, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and addictions. My goal is to help others lead happy and fulfilling lives. I have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on people's well-being.

Together, we will delve into your challenges, uncover patterns, and develop practical strategies that empower you to navigate life's complexities with confidence. Creating a safe and non-judgmental environment is paramount in my practice. As we work together, you will find a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly, fostering self-awareness and self-acceptance. I am happy to cater to my client's needs and can deliver face to face sessions, or sessions via zoom. I also offer student discounts to qualifying therapist's and counsellors.

Experience

I have experience working with a wide range of mental health issues, including ADHD, OCD, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and addictions. My goal is to help others lead happy and fulfilling lives. I have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on people's well-being. I have multiple years experience working in residential treatment centres in South Kensington as well as outpatient treatment centre's in Central London. In addition I take on private clients and focus on a wide variety of underlying issues, personalising the therapy to best fit the individual. Recruited as Programme Manager for a Residential Adolescent Addiction and Mental Health treatment centre. I am enthusiastic about empowering individuals with the tools they need to thrive. I try to use my knowledge, experience, and an empathetic approach to make a significant difference in the lives of my clients. Currently working in a hospital in greater London specializing in addiction and various other mental disorders. Former Programme Manager of a residential centre dealing with addictions, behavioural addictions, and a variety of mental disorders.
