About me and my practice
My name is Adam Ambrose. I am an accredited Addiction Professional with seven years of experience working for one of the UK’s largest drug services. I hold a qualification in Substance Use Studies and I have supported hundreds of individuals in making meaningful changes to their relationship with drugs and alcohol. I now offer one-to-one support for those looking to take control of their substance use in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Outline of offer
I provide a confidential and flexible space for individuals to explore their relationship with drugs or alcohol at their own pace. Whether you're looking to cut down, gain control, or simply understand your substance use better, I offer one-to-one support tailored to your needs. Traditional substance use services aren’t always accessible—long waiting lists, limited availability, or concerns about privacy can make it difficult to seek support. My support is designed for those who may not live near a service, have commitments that don’t align with standard opening hours, or prefer to keep their journey private. Sessions are held online, offering a discreet and convenient way to take the first step towards change. While the support I provide is drug and alcohol specific, I also take a holistic approach—supporting you in areas such as fitness, physical health, and general wellbeing to help you build a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
