Private Addiction Referral ServiceAbout me and my practice
I am the founder of New Start Recovery, an addiction support service based in Southampton. As a dedicated professional with extensive experience in addiction recovery, I established New Start Recovery to bridge the gap for employed individuals who may struggle to access traditional 9-5 treatment services.
My personal journey through addiction recovery, clean since April 2016, has fueled my passion for helping others achieve lasting change. New Start Recovery is built on the principle that recovery should be accessible, compassionate, and tailored to the individual. I specialise in offering personalised addiction support for those dealing with alcohol, cocaine, cannabis, and other non-opiate dependencies. I focus on delivering private, flexible support plans that accommodate the unique needs of employed individuals who often face barriers to accessing conventional addiction services.
My services include one-to-one counselling, alcohol and drug reduction plans following Public Health England (PHE) guidelines, and referrals to reputable residential detoxification and rehabilitation centres. I also offer aftercare and ongoing support to help clients maintain their progress and build a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
At New Start Recovery, I prioritise confidentiality, professionalism, and a client-centered approach. My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their recovery journey by providing structured, evidence-based support in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in addiction recovery. As an advanced practitioner, I aim to continuously enhance my skills and knowledge to better serve my clients and the community.
