About me and my practice

I am an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in London and Surrey. My experience has spanned working in mental health and substance misuse organisations, with roles as a recovery support worker, group facilitator, trainee counsellor, and qualified psychotherapist. Additionally, supporting individuals and clients in various mutual aid and abstinence-based groups. During this time, I have had the privilege of working with others facing a wide range of issues – trauma, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and more. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, honesty, and presence. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Each person brings a unique story, and my role is to meet them where they are, without judgment. Within my work, I have helped others find clarity and strength in their experience. I have seen time and time again how people, even in their darkest hours, have the capacity for change and transformation. It aims to reassure clients, employers and the general public that AP Practitioner Members / Advanced Practitioner Members are committed to upholding our Standards of Conduct and Ethics. This is not a complete list of AP Practitioner/ Advanced Practitioner Members.  If you want to search the whole directory, please use the search box in the menu. Practitioners who are accredited with the National Counsellor Accreditation Certificate have 'NCAC' after their names. Practitioners who have the Drug and Alcohol Professional Certificate have 'ADAP' after their names.
