About me and my practice

As someone who has personally experienced remarkable transformation and healing in all areas of my life and seen the huge potential for deep lasting change in humans, I am inspired to help others uncover the infinite potential, love and joy that resides within them. In our community, we see increasing amounts of people seeking help, whether to improve their relationships, social life, business and family life, learn to let go of past hurts and to embrace a fresh and hopeful future, yet many are not getting the answers and the hope they are looking for. I know there is a simple yet profound way of helping that involves our whole system - the mind, body and a greater consciousness. When we "zoom out" in to the greater story of life and our experience as opposed to staying stuck on certain issues, we get to see deeper, long lasting, powerful and profound change that affects not just us but the people around us as well.

In sessions, I work with clients to uncover the nature of the human experience and to explore, integrate and release blocks or beliefs that may be holding them back from achieving their true potential . I recognise that the state of our nervous system and the emotions we hold in our body will dictate much of what we experience psychologically and therefore I work "wholeceptually" embracing all parts of the experience - mind, body and energy. Using polyvagal Theory, Breathork, energetic resonance meditation , I help clients find deeper spaces of calm and relaxation and then gently and deeply, feel and learn to listen in to what the body wants to say , thus allowing deep transformation and healing to take place. I encourage the client to find something that they find they enjoy and integrate that into their daily schedule in a consistent and powerful way. Each person is different and each person has their unique way of finding their creativity, depth, calm and love.

Experience

I have worked with people suffering from a wide range of struggles including addiction, trauma and relationship issues as well as offering life in one to one sessions as well as group sessions I am in the process of launching self study courses for youth.
