Intergrated Counselling Approach I work on a 1 - 1 basis I will work with you to seek solutions and in the case of addictions to help you overcome a problem over which you may feel you have little or no control. Blending 12 step philosophy with therapeutic models Holistic focus :emotional, spiritual, physical wellbeing Life skills,relapse prevention Comprehensive assessment, Tailored action and recovery plan, Guidance through the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics/ Narcotics Anonymous Step work Support Education on the Principles and Spiritual foundation of the 12 step model Use of evidence based approaches including: Cognitive Behavioural therapy { Motivational Interviewing [MI] Person Centered Therapy

31 yrs in 12 Step work Worked as Drug/ Alcohol Counsellor Voluntary Substance abuse Counsellor experience supporting victims of Domestic Abuse and Serious Crime
