About me and my practice
With extensive professional experience in addiction services, including roles as a therapist in a central London rehab and as a manager in drug and alcohol services, I understand that change is real and possible. Addiction is rarely what it seems on the surface - it's often rooted in trauma, unmet needs, and patterns that make perfect sense when we explore them together.
Every person's story is different, so I don't fit clients into a mould. As an integrative therapist, I draw flexibly from psychodynamic, humanistic, and trauma-informed approaches, combined with my experience in evidence-based recovery frameworks. This means your therapy is tailored specifically to you.
I create a space built on compassion, empathy, and genuine understanding - without judgement. Together, we'll look beyond the addiction itself to uncover what's driving it: the grief, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions underneath. Real change happens when we address the root cause, not just the symptom.

- Substance and behavioural addictions ( work, gambling, sex and love addiction, alcohol, drugs)
- Co-occurring conditions and dual diagnosis
- Families and loved ones affected by addiction

My approach: One-to-one therapeutic work in a safe, confidential setting where we build genuine connection and develop practical, lasting strategies for change.

It aims to reassure clients, employers and the general public that AP Practitioner Members / Advanced Practitioner Members are committed to upholding our Standards of Conduct and Ethics. Practitioners who are accredited with the National Counsellor Accreditation Certificate have 'NCAC' after their names. Practitioners who have the Drug and Alcohol Professional Certificate have 'ADAP' after their names.
