Hello, I’m Tom – an NCPS accredited integrative counsellor based in Holborn and also offering online sessions. My approach is grounded in person-centred theory, while also drawing on elements of CBT, psychodynamic theory, and transactional analysis to meet your unique needs. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space and have experience working with a range of issues including addiction, behavioural issues and relational difficulties.
