About me and my practice

An accredited practitioner with over a decade of experience in substance misuse, dual diagnosis, and complex needs, having worked across both frontline and specialist services. Now established in private practice, services are delivered in a professional, discreet, and tailored manner — including one-to-one support, family interventions, and training packages for organisations. Support is available both online nationally and face-to-face across the West Sussex area, ensuring flexibility and accessibility.

Outline of offer

Provides confidential, professional support through both national online and face-to-face sessions within a designated local area. Services are tailored to individual needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches to support recovery and wellbeing. In addition to individual work, the practice also offers training packages for organisations and support for families affected by substance misuse.

Experience

An accredited practitioner with over 11 years’ frontline experience in substance misuse, including extensive work in community outreach and dual diagnosis. This includes 5 years within specialised substance misuse services, with expertise in assessment, recovery planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions. Now working in independent practice, offering professional and tailored support across a wide range of addiction-related needs.

It aims to reassure clients, employers and the general public that AP Practitioner Members / Advanced Practitioner Members are committed to upholding our Standards of Conduct and Ethics.
