Integrative Psychotherapy
About me and my practice
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with over twenty years of clinical experience, registered with the UKCP and accredited by the BACP. My work is grounded in the understanding that therapy is most effective when it responds to the individuality of each person rather than following a single model. At the heart of my approach is valuing the relationship between therapist and client. I offer a safe, warm, and collaborative space in which thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be explored with compassion and curiosity. Together we can make sense of patterns that may feel stuck or overwhelming, creating room for understanding, growth, and change. My practice is trauma-informed and relational, drawing on developmental and existential ideas, as well as EMDR when appropriate. I have experience across a range of specialist settings, including addiction services, prisons and probation, women’s refuges, and trauma and refugee organisations.
