I am a very experienced group facilitator helping people with short and long term sobriety. Its proven that Mutual Aid groups like SMART Recovery offer good support to long term emotional sobriety. I specialise in alcohol, drugs inc cocaine, etc. I use a mixture of CBT, Motivational Interviewing and uptodate Neuroscience methods.Outline of offer
