About me and my practice

I run a private practice offering one-to-one counselling to individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am particularly passionate about working with addiction, ADHD, and ADD, supporting clients with both substance use and wider emotional and psychological challenges.

I have experience working with clients affected by Chemsex, and I understand the complex emotional, relational, and social factors that can be involved.

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences openly. My approach is tailored to you, integrating therapeutic methods to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting change.

Outline of offer

I offer one-to-one counselling in a supportive and compassionate environment, working with individuals experiencing addiction, ADHD/ADD, and broader mental health concerns.

My work is flexible and personalised, recognising that every client’s journey is different. I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches to support you in understanding patterns, managing emotions, and building healthier ways of coping.

Whether you are seeking support with substance use, attention-related challenges, or emotional wellbeing, I aim to help you move towards greater clarity, balance, and resilience.

Experience

I currently work full-time as a counsellor/therapist within a residential rehabilitation service, StreetScene Addiction Recovery, alongside running my private practice.

I completed my core placement with Change Grow Live in Reading and have over two years’ experience working within addiction services. I have also supported clients affected by Chemsex, giving me insight into the specific challenges within this area.

In my role, I deliver one-to-one therapy, facilitate group sessions, and run psychoeducational workshops. I support individuals in developing coping strategies, building resilience, and working towards sustainable recovery.
