I am an integrative counsellor and holistic therapist specialising in all types of addictions, unhealthy coping strategies and trauma responses, such as disordered eating and self harm. I work with adults and older adolescents. I have a wellbeing sanctuary in Somerset and we can work inside or out in nature. I also work sensitively and creatively with childhood trauma and all types of abuse. If you are unable to come to my practice in person, we can work online or over the phone.Experience
I have extensive experience working with clients in a prestigious UK residential addiction rehabilitation facility, both 1-2-1 and facilitating group psychotherapy sessions. I also offer holistic therapy such as mindfulness and sound therapy to support recovery and prevent relapse.The main objective of the Practitioner Directory is to protect the public and help them find practitioners they can trust.
It aims to reassure clients, employers and the general public that AP Practitioner Members / Advanced Practitioner Members are committed to upholding our Standards of Conduct and Ethics. Practitioners who are accredited with the National Counsellor Accreditation Certificate have 'NCAC' after their names. Practitioners who have the Drug and Alcohol Professional Certificate have 'ADAP' after their names.
