Therapy for addictionAbout me and my practice
I understand that asking for help with addiction can feel daunting. My aim is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can talk openly without fear of judgement. Together, we'll explore not only the addictive behaviour itself, but also the experiences, emotions and unmet needs that may be driving it. Having worked in addiction services from frontline counselling through to leading therapeutic teams, I've supported people at every stage of recovery. My approach is collaborative and person-centred, recognising that there is no single path to change. Whether you're struggling with alcohol, drugs, gambling, or other compulsive behaviours, I'll work alongside you to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop healthier ways of coping, and build a life that feels meaningful and sustainable. Recovery begins with being understood.Outline of offer
